Administrative positions

Patient Accounts Refunds Coordinator –Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8a to 5p, review credit balances to identify patient overpayments and initiate refund process. Must be customer service and detail oriented. Medical billing experience preferred.

Patient Accounts Refunds Orthotics – 2 Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8a to 5p, assist patients and insurance companies regarding accounts and charges by providing requested documentation, correct any errors, review encounters for accuracy, charge entry, customer service, and confidentiality.

Credits and Refunds Supervisor –Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8a to 5p, responsible for managing day to day processes to resolve accounts with credits balances. Must have an accounts payable or accounts receivable background and a working knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping principles with regards to positive and negative balances.

Medical Receptionist – Full-time, Greet, register and check-in patients, help take appointment calls, help with check-out, some scanning.

Clinical positions

Physical Therapist – Full-time, PT to treat patients in out-patient setting, based on clinic protocols and best practice. Travel between locations in Oak Ridge and North Knoxville.

Circulating Surgery RN – Full-time, BLS required, surgery and total joint preferred.

Surgical Tech – Full-time, Orthopedic experience preferred. CST required. Total joint experience.

Primary Nurse/Team Lead –2 Full-time, all locations, primary nurse, working closely with doctor, strong computer skills, able to handle telephone triage, strong clinical background.

Surgery Scheduler –2 Full-time, west location, patient care, scheduling surgeries and other procedures. Multi-tasker, great communication skills, being an ideal team player.

X-ray Technologist – Full-time, Dowell Springs, Certified ARRT and State License, team player.

X-ray Supervisor – Full-time, Responsible for the routine daily operations and staffing of the x-ray department. Must have a working knowledge of the equipment and the range of radiological examinations ordered by the providers. Serves the Care Center by ensuring that the department treats patients in a professional, caring, service oriented manner. Management experience required. Certified ARRT and State License.

Surgical Tech – Full-time, 1position working 3p – 11:30p, orthopedic experience helpful, team players.

Site Services Coordinator – Full-time, Orthotic Fitter, customer-service, in office fitting of orthotics, tracking orders, management of inventory, cast application.
