Jon-David Deeson joined OrthoTennessee in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer. In 2017, he was named Chief Executive Officer.
Jon-David has held executive level positions in both healthcare management and consulting organizations for nearly 25 years. He has authored and contributed to articles in leading healthcare management publications, and spoken to audiences at national conferences such as the Medical Group Management Association and state medical societies, universities and regional healthcare associations.

As CEO of OrthoTennessee he provides overall leadership to the organization’s four orthopaedic divisions of OrthoTennessee including Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic, University Orthopaedic Surgeons, OrthoTennessee Maryville, and OrthoTennessee Oak Ridge.
Jon-David received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and his MSHA and MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is board certified in Healthcare Management and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Jon-David is also board certified in Medical Practice Management through the American College of Medical Practice Executives. He has lived in Knoxville since 1994 with his wife, Allison. They have a teenage son and daughter.
